Previously a pain-management nurse, Jessie turned to plant medicine as a last-ditch effort to manage her own chronic pain–and never looked back. Healing

What’s your favorite part of the day?
The morning: that’s when my pain levels are the lowest and my focus is the most tuned.

What or who inspires you or brings you out of creative fatigue?
The outdoors. I’m so grateful to have a patio and garden to revive me.

How do you think the hemp trend has affected wellness?
I think the hemp trend has enlightened a lot of people and has triggered a resurgence in a natural health approach.

What’s one tip on how to best integrate CBD into your routine?
Leave it on your bedside table and take it at bedtime.

How do you stay balanced?
Yoga and walking are essential parts of my routine that keep me feeling balanced and healthy.

What’s one app you couldn’t live without that’s not social media?
Amazon. I could not live without Amazon.
